You can try to use this file finder. I am alergic to them. If your operating system is 32-bit, you must download 32-bit files, because 64-bit programs are unable to run in the 32-bit operating system. What is this program if not a virtual cd driver. Kind of dream come true.
Let try the program named to see if it helps. I still feel in the back of my mind that there could be a trick, a workaround to get it working in x64. Select the file version you need to download, this tool will automatically download a complete file for you. Virtual disks provide less conventient inroads. I also did the same to the driver. My inclination was to think that the access to the already created Microsoft Sql Server directory in Program Files or some file inside of it was denied, since the install did not complitely go thru. Is it not possible to get a newer version of it because this seems a very long way round the houses way of installing a program. I got an error that the system cannot find the drive specified! If yes, please check the properties of these files, and you will know if the file you need is 32-bit or 64-bit. The only way to do it I figured was to mount it on a virtual Disk Drive.
I will check the idea later tonight but my feeling is that it should work. I also settled on SlySoft's product. The error I'm getting is: Code integrity determined that the image hash of a file is not valid. As above add the driver, then add drive and then mount an image. The method is very simple. I had a computer that I got it to work on, by loading the program on the Hard drive, and then fooled it into reading a flash drive that has all the content of the extra 7 disks. No matter where I put the disk, it's not recognized, even if I change the drive letter to what the initial installation came from.

Now out of interest did you follow Mohavepc's instructions yet? If your original file is just corrupted but not lost, then please check the version number of your files.
